Thanks, Daddy - I couldn't have asked for a better dad. God certainly knew
who would be best. I remember all the good, fun times. I also remember the times I disappointed you and how you handled those situations. I was always very impressed. Not that you didn't kill me, but, yeah! - that you didn't kill me. You showed such restraint, I didn't know how you managed that. And now that my three are grown, nearly, I especially don't know how you did that. I'm just glad that you never gave up on me! Of course, the kids are convinced you're the best grandpa in the world, and I truly have to agree.
And thank you, Tim! The kids have been blessed a thousand times over for having you in their lives. You have loved them and treated them as your own from day one. They may not always tell you, but they totally understand and realize that they are so very, very lucky.
I'm late getting this posted, but we've been doing Father's Day "stuff" all day long. I have a couple of things I'm working on to add to this, and I'm hoping we've made enough progress on this computer to be able to add them tomorrow. Man, I hate to realize how dependent I've come to be on this silly computer. I am so hoping we've resolved its issues.
Oh, and Baby, I'm sorry the Celtics didn't cooperate. Your final gift of the day was to be their victory, and more importantly, the Lakers' loss. Apparently, they didn't get the memo.
