Our Monarchs make it to the playoffs for the sixth consecutive year. Tim is in heaven! If they hadn't won their game last night, it would have depended on the outcome of the Monarchs - Comets game on Friday (I think). But, whew! It's not coming down to that! Sorry, Evan - Comets weren't quite good enough.
Neither Evan nor Brett really have any use for the WNBA. Evan, however, can't resist anything in the "sport" category, so he actually does know what is going on with his local Houston WNBA team. And, he's happy to go see our Monarchs games when he's here, whereas Brett won't be caught dead at one (of course, Brett did have a bad experience at a Monarchs game - that story will have to wait for another time).
So, let the playoffs begin! Monarchs rule! Of course.
